How a UPK implementation actually runs.
No mystery phases and no open-ended timelines. Here is the sequence, what UPK does, and what we need from you at each point.
The five stages

Discover
UPK learns how the business currently operates — how calls arrive, how quotes go out, and where opportunities get lost.

Design
We identify which systems make sense for your size, your team, and the way your customers actually reach you.

Build
UPK builds and connects the systems: website, forms, CRM pipeline, follow-up workflows, and AI where it helps.

Launch
The website, CRM, workflows, and applicable AI systems go live, and we test each path end to end.

Optimize
UPK monitors and improves the digital infrastructure over time, with regular checks and recommendations.
Timeline
Onboarding through activation.
Timing depends on how quickly onboarding information and access are provided. These are typical ranges, not guarantees.
Day 1 — Onboarding
Once you decide to move forward, UPK sends a client information form, the service agreement, and access instructions. You complete the required information and grant UPK manager access to your Google Business Profile where required.
Setup & Build
After the agreement is signed, implementation begins once the required information, access, and any applicable package setup fee are received. The Web + Google Package has no setup fee.
Days 1–3
Website deployment and initial Google Business Profile updates can begin. Timing depends on completion of onboarding requirements.
Approximately 2 Weeks
For AI system packages, messaging registration, CRM integration, workflows, and the included agents are configured and tested. Timing depends on receiving the required information and access.
System Activation
Once an AI system package is fully set up, UPK notifies you and your two-week cancellation/trial period begins. If you cancel during that period, UPK disconnects its systems and you retain access to assets that belong to you. The website may no longer remain active on your domain once UPK-hosted services are disconnected, and Google Business Profile improvements already performed remain on your profile. If you continue after that period, your ongoing service agreement begins.

- Completed client information form

- Domain access or authorization to manage it
