SMS Terms
These terms apply to text messages sent by UPK Software and by systems UPK configures for its clients.
Consent. By providing your mobile number on a form, in a message, or during a phone call, you agree to receive text messages related to your inquiry, appointment, or service. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Message types. Messages may include inquiry acknowledgments, appointment confirmations and reminders, estimate follow-up, service updates, and review requests.
Frequency. Message frequency varies based on your activity and the stage of your inquiry or project.
Opt out. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. Reply HELP for assistance.
Carrier notice. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
A2P registration. Business messaging systems configured by UPK are registered with carriers through the A2P process. Registration review times are controlled by the carriers.
Privacy. Mobile numbers collected for messaging are not sold. See our Privacy Policy for details.
