Service agreements. UPK services are delivered under a signed agreement with a monthly service fee. The Web + Google Package has no setup fee; AI system packages have the one-time setup fee shown on the pricing page. Implementation begins once the signed agreement, required client information and access, and any applicable setup fee are received.

Activation and cancellation window. When the agreed AI systems are fully set up, UPK notifies the client and the two-week cancellation/trial period begins. If the client cancels within that period, UPK disconnects its systems. The client retains access to assets that belong to the client; a UPK-hosted website may no longer remain active on the client's domain once UPK-hosted services are disconnected. Google Business Profile improvements already performed remain on the client's profile unless otherwise required. If no cancellation occurs during the two-week period, the ongoing service agreement begins.

Client responsibilities. Timelines depend on the client completing onboarding requirements, including information, content, and manager access where required.
